Thank you for a wonderful first certification experience. I have been fascinated by Zena’s work for many years, and I am so grateful to be able to learn and connect with such knowledgable mentors. The quality of the instruction, as well as the personal stories, were exceptional. I found Zena Rommett’s Floor-BarreTM searching online as a young dancer. I was immediately drawn to the quality and clarity of her work. Floor- BarreTM reimagined my approach to ballet technique. It shifted my perspective on how to build strength and fix alignment. By finding stability through length in each series, I found more freedom in movement. Zena’s method was the cornerstone that helped me to feel the corrections within deep within my own body.
