I try to start my day with a chapter of the Bible and a Floor-Barre. It’s something I learned to do because I come from a family that has great faith. From the Bible I can give myself strength and comfort to begin my day. And the Floor-Barre is to get my body in order. As therapy I had to take Floor-Barre from a marvelous woman named Zena Rommett. I relearned how to work correctly, then I went to the barre stood up and everything aligned and adjusted. And then I came to the center floor, I regained a very correct way of moving and Zena got me back on my feet again.
Zena has saved so many dancers from future injury.

There is not a dancer I know who will not acknowledge the freedom they have gained after a brief study of this Technique. Based on the simple truth of the anatomy, Zena Rommett Floor-Barre is in perfect harmony with the physical expectations of ballet or modern dance.
