Zena’s Technique has not only broaden the scope for dancers of all backgrounds to accelerate years of technical training and injury prevention, but has opened an oasis for people from all walks of life to correct, heal and change their bodies. Everyone that participated in her classes acknowledged the unity among them and was given a great sense of humanity. Zena is a guiding light in the darkest and brightest moments of a dancer’s career. It has been a chance for me to re-charge my battery and longevity of my body and career. The magic and love of Zena’s giving is a true blessing.
