The Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® certification has been a great experience for me. During the five wonderful days I was be able to experience and understand the connection and alignment between body and mind, and then check the effectiveness of the movement once standing. I think I have clearly appreciated Zena’s philosophy and beauty in the purity of the technique. It has enriched me a lot to share with people from other countries and learn from the Mentors and from you all the experience and knowledge.
