I feel so inspired after the certication days! Very energized and I could feel a transformation also in my ballet classes that I was teaching this week.
I’ve learned so much again and I am just so grateful for this Floor-Barre™ journey.
All the mentors were very inspiring as well as all “students” joining the certification program.
