I really appreciate the opportunity to take the online teaching. I learned SO much. You have a great variety of different mentors and their feedback was so helpful for ways I can improve my teaching methods now and in the future. I LOVE how Zena`s approach is not just physical, but also mental and we have to really think about how we are using our bodies. This at the end of the day is what lengthens our careers and I am most grateful to have this Technique in my repertoire.
