It was my pleasure to get to know Camille, the mentors and the Floor Barre™ community. It was very exciting to start the journey together and to reach a deeper knowledge of Floor Barre™. The Technique was a revelation to me. I am always curious and I think that learning it’s a long life process as a person, an artist and a teacher. Zena’s work can assure great results for professionals, amateurs, non dancers and injured people of every age. I always wondered how to not stress my body and keeping it in shape while getting older ~ and there it comes Zena’s Floor Barre™!
