This certification was a deeply meaningful experience. I am grateful to carry with me not only the teachings of the Zena Rommett Method™, but also the care, generosity, and spirit with which you guided us. The Method has been a journey of listening and discovery, teaching me to slow down, connect with my body, and approach movement with greater awareness, gentleness, and authenticity. It is a privilege to carry Zena’s work forward with passion, respect, and integrity. Thank you for creating such a special and inspiring space for all of us.
