I feel so fortunate to have been able to enter into this world of Floor-Barre™ and to learn from such esteemed mentors.  I only wish I had learned Zena Rommett’s Floor-Barre Technique™ sooner.  After five intense days of Floor-Barre™ certification, I realize that the technique incorporates the corrections that many dance teachers gave for my body over the years, but that I never quite pieced together.
