Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® has been a wonderful gift to me from my first class with Zena Rommett right through to the certification course with Camille Rommett and all of the fabulous mentors. I did not realize how much I missed the feeling of being aligned and strong in my body as I did when I was a young dancer. After so many years not training as a dancer it has been amazing to feel the strength and balance come back into my body. Floor-Barre® has helped me to recover from injuries and to re-align my body and feel strong from a deeper place within my body. I also feel a new inspiration and hope for the future which is priceless. I am so thankful to Zena, Camille and all of the mentors for sharing this wonderful and powerful technique and for their support, encouragement and guidance.
