The first time I took class with Zena, she was so respectful and calm, I couldn’t imagine a DANCE teacher being like that. The certifications help me clarify some thoughts, and deepened my understanding. I am learning so much about the technique but also I keep having these moments of revelation about the depth of Zena’s influence on dance and the dance community. Such a quiet unassuming person but her influence is great! Such a joy to realize.
