I have a knee with such an advance state of arthritis that my doctor does not understand how I can walk, much less teach ballet. I believe doing Floor-Barre® every day is why I can continue on for my students. When I came to Venice for the certification, I was holding on to the rails over the bridges. After the five days, I was not using the hand rails. Thank you, Zena!
