I came to Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Technique™ on the advice of Floor-Barre™ mentor Dawn Hillen when I took her ballet class after recovering from a severe foot injury. Within just a few classes I was hooked! I noticed that returning to dance became easier because I was more centered. Floor Barre™ has taken my muscles, which develop quickly, and have completely lengthened them out. In just the first year of classes Floor Barre™ has changed my body in ways that years at the gym couldn’t. I’m a stronger and more centered dancer thanks to Floor Barre™. There are no magic ways to become a stronger dancer, but Floor Barre™ is as close as you can get.
