After several days of learning the Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Technique®, my body and mind were opened to a new level of internal discovery. I am so appreciative to have learned valuable information from so many knowledgeable mentors. I cannot wait to see where this certification takes me next, and I intend to share with my students the many benefits of the Floor-Barre® Technique.
