The Zena Rommett Floor-Barre®, my body and mind, were opened to a new level of internal discovery. I am so appreciative to have learned. The certification has taught me so much about this wonderful Technique and its tremendous effects on the body. The mentors were all so generous in sharing their knowledge and stories of Zena to pass along her legacy. As a ballet dancer, I believe this Technique will help me to better understand my body and that practicing it regularly will improve how I feel and the quality of my dancing. I am so grateful to have been a part of this certification and to have shared the experience with so many kind and inspiring people.
