The Zena Rommett Floor-Barre™ certification was very nice. Everyone was so kind. I was sad it was over. I retired from ballet due to a serious fall during a performance. When I found Zena Rommett Floor-Barre™ in NYC years later I was amazed I could stand in a fifth position without pain in my back. I nearly cried in class because it had been decades since I could stand in fifth position or take even a basic ballet class. I didn’t feel I could teach a ballet class if I couldn’t even demonstrate. Now I feel I could do so. My decades old back injury continues to bother me from time to time, however Floor-Barre™ gives me such a relief afterwards that my body relaxes and I usually sleep very well, pain-free the night after I’ve taken a class.
