The certification was a rare chance to have several Zena Rommett Floor Barre™ mentors teaching together. In four days, I felt more lengthened and my legs got
stronger. I was more confident in my body’s ability to move. The certification course made me conscious to slow down my ballet classes and get back to the fundaments of ballet. I want to continue learning Floor Barre™ to improve my body and teaching.
