Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to become certified in Zena Rommett Floor-Barre™. As a retired dance educator and now college professor, this certification has given me a new perspective and awareness of my body. I am moving more now and enjoying the space I am in. Every day, I practice lengthening and strengthening my muscles. Becoming certified has helped me see a future for myself filled with movement. I am so happy to add this certification to my toolbox. I am looking forward to a year of continued training and teaching.
