I enjoyed the Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® experience and thought it was very thorough and fulfilling. It definitely ended too soon! I was not sure what to expect at Floor-Barre® certification but afterwards I felt more lifted and energized. Floor-Barre® has been instrumental in helping to maintain my ballet technique and body alignment. As a certified teacher, I am excited to help my students correct misalignments, improve body awareness, and prevent injuries.
