Over the years, studying with Zena, practicing on my own, and teaching her Technique, I have been able to cultivate and maintain a physical connection t the fundamentals of ballet and modern dance techniques. Beyond that, Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® Technique has given me the strength to overcoming injuries, centeredness and to deal with life’s demands, and freedom to continue to be an expressive dancer.
