Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® technique has helped me through my whole dance career and it has now become a great tool in my teaching. I remember taking class in New York City with Zena. I always started my day of dance training with her class and then moved on with ballet, modern, contemporary, theater jazz, etc. I am convinced it is an absolutely fantastic tool to help to strengthen my dance technique. The basic principles of anatomy along with the study of movement core improves postural alignment, muscular efficiency, it prevents injuries and is effective in rehabilitation phases. So Floor-Barre® can be beneficial for almost anyone. And I truly believe it is the perfect combination to dance and it is of great benefit for the young student in training.
