I first studied with Zena Rommett in 1983. I still take Floor Barre™ classes, and currently teach in Kingston and Woodstock, New York.  Zena Rommett Floor Barre™, in it’s simplicity, has strengthening and lengthening benefits. Floor Barre™ was recommended to me after a serious back injury by Harkness Center for Dance Injuries orthopedist Dr. Fernandez as the only training I was allowed to do.  It’s been eight years since the injury, and this year I am finally dancing again!  Thank you, Camille for keeping Zena’s memory and life’s work alive.
