Floor-Barre® for Everyone
Created for dancers, but now everyone can benefit from Floor- Barre® in this instructional workout for non-dancers, to include the elders and the injured. The Technique utilizes the floor without the pressure of gravity to correct body alignment, lengthen and strengthen joints. Floor-Barre® is a gentle, highly effective and therapeutic method. The continual correcting of alignment and strengthening of joints prevents and rehabilitates injuries, as well as addresses many muscular- skeletal aliments (arthritis, tendentious, osteoporosis).
