I was first introduced to Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® technique during my undergrad studies at UNCSA. The second time (in the mid-90’s) I was taking class at Steps on Broadway, in between rehearsals and performances. During that time I discovered the technique prepared me for a healthy and injury free dance career. The certification process is the most comprehensive and practical pedagogy method I’ve seen in my entire teacher training career.
