The Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® Certification was an eye opening experience. There was a wealth of information in the room and all the attending mentors were passionate about Zena’s technique and it’s delivery. I had the pleasure of studying with Zena as a teenager and I continue to use it to warm up, strengthen the body and maintain my alignment. As I continue to study under the mentors, I look forward to teaching this life saving technique. Thank you Camille for maintaining your mother’s legacy and Thank you Zena for being a pioneer and sharing your knowledge and passion with us.
