Agnieszka Kamińska

I trained gymnastics artist, and now I am a gymnastics coach.  My passion is Floor Barre™.  Zena Rommett Floor Barre™ has been an enlightening discovery, allowing dancers, to discover their bodies, work harder in elongation and to work less in muscle tension.  The movements are transmitted precisely and simple, with a good concentration on oneself, and correct your posture. With a great passion for dance, education and psycho-physical well-being, my mission will be to lecture about and teach Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Technique™.
