I discovered Zena Rommett Floor-BarreTM in 2015 and it was an eye opener. Finally I could learn how to turn out using the right muscles and work my body in a correct aligned way. So it was clear I needed to take the course. It was and is a wonderfull learning experience. Looking forward to teach Floor-BarreTM!
