Floor-Barre®was a great discovery! I am a ballet dancer, so for me finding the best way to move, the best workout which can help my training and my general well-being, is indispensable. Floor-Barre® is a technique based on ballet which helps to achieve a correct posture, aligning, lengthening and strengthening the body. With Floor-Barre® I found a new way to understand my body, to work with less tension, facilitating the movement and the harmony of the body. As a teacher, I also found a new way to explain the essential concepts to my students. I have more clarity of how certain movements must be carried out, so I could start transmitting better, and how to reach high goals faster and easier.
