I first met Zena Rommett after recovering from a knee injury and felt in love with her Method. With her
help I was able to start dancing again. The Zena Rommett Method™ strengthens and aligns with a
directness that gives lasting results. I was very fortunate to have studied personally with Zena Rommett, and
