I find Zena Rommett Floor Barre to be a beautiful, challenging technique – one that informs my body and mind even beyond the practice into everyday life. The instruction and guidance given by the mentors on the Barcelona Certification was second to none, providing new ways of accessing and seeing the body through Floor Barre as both a participant and a teacher. It was a joy to be surrounded by likeminded individuals all learning and lengthening together.
